The hotel's rooms, though a bit older, were clean and had a comfortable bed and linens, something we always appreciate at Best Western. However, there were multiple maintenance issues, and the room smelled like cigarettes with noisy neighbors. The service was a mix of friendly and professional but not as warm as expected. The location was convenient for airport access, but noise was a concern. The dining experience was satisfactory but not exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were clean and had good proximity to the airport, but unfortunately, being light sleepers, having a service animal, and ending up on the ground floor in a room with a ripped couch made it hard to rest well. The service staff, however, were always polite, professional, and helpful, even going the extra mile to accommodate my needs. The location was convenient for my morning flight but slightly lacking in closeness to the city center. The dining experience offered food I could eat, a rare pleasant surprise while traveling.
